We’ve already shared this update, but it’s worth highlighting again: Jaxicloud is now available through ChatGPT, allowing fleet managers to interact with their fleet using natural language.
Fleet managers can ask questions about vehicle status, trips, fuel activity, notifications, drivers, maintenance, and much more—all without opening a dashboard or generating reports manually.
The integration adapts to any workflow, whether it’s a quick five-second vehicle status check while on the move or a comprehensive overview of fleet performance for an entire organization.

Customizable Navigation
Dispatchers, fleet managers, and administrators use different areas of the platform throughout the day.
For some users, Monitoring and Notifications are essential. Others spend most of their time inside Reports, Maintenance, or Analytics.
Jaxicloud now allows every user to personalize the navigation menu by simply dragging modules into their preferred order.
Each user’s layout is automatically saved and restored every time they log in.
More Flexible Report Calculations
Report tables now offer significantly greater flexibility when working with Totals and Grouping rows.
Previously, these calculations relied on predefined aggregation rules that didn’t always match operational requirements.
Now every report column can be configured individually.
Depending on the column type, administrators can choose calculation methods such as:

- Minimum

- Count
- Latest Value

Existing reports continue working exactly as before, ensuring full backward compatibility.

Activation information can now be included directly during CSV and XLSX imports.
