All necessary information gathered in one place
When an incident occurs, it automatically appears as a task in a dedicated tab under Tasks. The tab displays key information for each task, including priority, status, assigned person, resolution, time, description, and the corresponding device name. Users can also open the linked task card to view additional details such as location, comments, device and driver information, geofences, and other data. The intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface ensures dispatchers can quickly access critical information, providing greater visibility and control over fleet assets.
