Purpose of the concept
To give transport companies, hauliers and fleet owners access to their own digital monitoring center. Here they can manage and respond to incidents, breakdowns and operational disruptions themselves – faster and cheaper than with external help.

Let's take a closer look at the possibilities the new feature offers.
1. All necessary information gathered in one place
When an incident occurs, it automatically appears as a task in a dedicated tab under Tasks. The tab displays key information for each task, including priority, status, assigned person, resolution, time, description, and the corresponding device name. Users can also open the linked task card to view additional details such as location, comments, device and driver information, geofences, and other data. The intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface ensures dispatchers can quickly access critical information, providing greater visibility and control over fleet assets.

2. Different interaction options for tasks
Users can interact directly with tasks in Jaxicloud, allowing them to review and edit important information, assign tasks to colleagues, adjust their priority and status, and leave comments. Certain actions, such as changing status or assignees, can be performed in bulk, enabling efficient editing of multiple tasks at once. Users can also execute commands directly from the task card or immediately contact the driver if necessary. This ensures thorough tracking of each task throughout its lifecycle until it is resolved and closed.

3. Task history is available at any time
The tab collects and stores information about all tasks, including new ones and those that have already been resolved or rejected, providing access to a full history when needed. Users can sort tasks based on various criteria, such as date, status, or type, and review the details of each task, including the actions taken and the results. This data provides valuable insights that help identify patterns, evaluate dispatcher performance, and implement process improvements.

Fleet owners can now manage and respond to incidents more efficiently through a centralized interface, ensuring that all related tasks are assigned, tracked, and resolved correctly. The ability to review and analyze past tasks helps improve performance and collect statistical data. At the same time, the new tool expands Jaxicloud’s list of core features, enabling Jaxicloud’s partners to better meet customer needs without developing or integrating additional third-party solutions.
